WHAT I DO

I help optimise digital infrastructure, data and processes, to allow people to spend more time doing what they love. With a decade of experience facilitating technically complex projects for the television industry, I thrive on understanding, organising and improving digital workflows and streamlining business processes.

MY EXPERIENCE

I have a diverse background in post-production, business analysis, tech support, filmmaking and photography, which has given me a wealth of skills, knowledge and practical experience to draw from. I’m meticulous, learn tools and systems quickly, and am a strategic thinker with a flexible, creative approach to problem solving.

THINGS I’VE WORKED ON

Via Films, I support blue chip natural history commissions and factual programming. This encompasses content for UK and international broadcasters, as well as online streaming platforms like Netflix and Apple TV. Programmes I have worked on include Our Planet, Dynasties, Blue Planet II, Planet Earth II, The Hunt, and five series of The Great British Bake Off, amongst others.

IN OTHER WORDS

I’m the kind of person who geeks out over: data, process mapping, anything systems, storage hacks, digital innovation, business strategy, and computer building videos. Other options include neuroplasticity, brain hacking, behavioural science, green tech, transport and housing, photography and architecture.

IN MY SPARE TIME

Travel and travel photography continues to fascinate me. So far, my photography has been published by National Geographic’s Your Shot, Telegraph Travel, and Digital SLR Magazine, amongst others. I have also exhibited artwork in York, London and Bristol.
